Requirements:

Duties:

  • Collaborate with technical and design teams to define scope, tasks, and completion dates; submit the plan to the CEO for approval.
  • Coordinate with the Business Development Manager to align client requirements with project plans.
  • Monitor development progress daily to ensure alignment with the approved plan.
  • Address minor issues and process leaks promptly to maintain project momentum.
  • When setbacks occur and minor fixes aren’t sufficient, develop new solutions, implement them, and update the CEO.
  • On major plan changes, escalate to the CEO, propose corrective strategies, and collaborate on resolutions.
  • Serve as the interim leader in the CEO’s absence, overseeing daily progress and decision-making.
  • Provide concise progress updates and key deliverables to the Business Development Manager for client communication.
  • Report milestones, roadblocks, and overall status directly to the CEO on a regular schedule.

Requirements:

  • Solid grasp of web development services and terminology.
  • 2+ years in B2B client acquisition or similar role, with a strategic mindset.
  • Proven track record of lead generation—email, calls, DMs—and negotiation.
  • Excellent communicator: translate technical value into clear client benefits.
  • Client-focused: build and maintain relationships from first contact through handoff.
  • Capable of maintaining client pipelines and supporting project continuity in the CEO’s absence.

Duties:

  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns via email, calls, and social channels to generate leads.
  • Research market sectors and identify high-potential client segments.
  • Pitch services, negotiate terms, and develop initial budgets based on client needs in collaboration with delivery teams.
  • Maintain client relationships from first contact through onboarding, ensuring clear expectation-setting and satisfaction.
  • Translate client requirements, ideas, and feedback into concise briefs for the technical team.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to share key updates and clarify project progress.
  • Oversee high-level project progress and communicate status to clients as needed.
  • Provide the CEO with regular pipeline reports, win/loss analyses, and client insights.
  • Step in for high-level negotiations or interim client support when the CEO is unavailable.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in UI principles: color theory, typography, layout/grids, iconography, imagery.
  • Strong UX skills: information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, user-journey mapping.
  • Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent tools.
  • Artistic instinct: craft clean, cohesive designs and know when to add or remove elements.
  • High creativity: generate unique concepts that align with brand goals and project scope.
  • Accurate time estimates and timeline adjustments for high-fidelity, pixel-perfect work.

Duties:

  • Partner with the Project Manager to set design strategy, scope, and delivery schedule.
  • Create and iterate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to balance aesthetics with usability.
  • Present design rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback efficiently.
  • Ensure consistency across all screens and maintain performance considerations.
  • Deliver final design assets and specifications to the development team.

Requirements:

  • Expert hand-coding with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript—no reliance on GUI builders.
  • Proficient in React, Angular, or Vue for complex, scalable interfaces.
  • Must be able to create extremely high-level, industry-standard front ends—including rich interactions and animations—while optimizing performance.
  • Strong debugging skills and rapid problem-solving, leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) as accelerators.
  • Experience translating pixel-perfect designs into accessible, responsive code.
  • Accurate time-estimation and commitment to meet agreed deadlines.

Duties:

  • Convert high-fidelity UI/UX designs into responsive, interactive front-end implementations.
  • Ensure delivery of front-end on the agreed timeline, resolving setbacks quickly to uphold schedule integrity.
  • Implement and optimize animations, interactions, and complex layouts for performance.
  • Collaborate with back-end and PM to align on API integrations, architecture, and timelines.
  • Debug and resolve front-end issues promptly to uphold the project schedule.
  • Write secure, maintainable code and conduct performance optimizations as needed.
  • Communicate progress and blockers clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Python, Node.js, Ruby, or PHP and frameworks like Django, Express, or Rails.
  • Experience designing RESTful APIs and working with SQL & NoSQL databases.
  • Solid grasp of front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JS) for seamless collaboration.
  • Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong Git skills and clear Agile-style communication.
  • Proven track record of building back-end for large, complex projects.
  • Exceptional debugging and analytical skills.

  • Implement required server-side functionalities for each project phase.

  • Write secure, optimized code, following best practices to prevent vulnerabilities.
  • Implement scalability and performance optimizations where necessary.
  • Document systems clearly and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Provide interim back-end leadership and troubleshooting when the CEO is unavailable.
